Shipping

Every US order ships complimentary. Orders are dispatched within one to two business days; standard delivery arrives in three to five business days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order leaves us.

Expedited options are offered at checkout where available. We currently ship within the United States; for international enquiries, please contact our care team.

Our guarantee

Skin is personal, and a formula that transforms one complexion may not suit another. If a Vanta product isn't right for you, write to us within 30 days — even if the bottle is opened — for a refund or exchange.

Returns

To begin a return, email hello@vantaskincare.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label and process your refund to the original payment method once the return is on its way. Sets are returnable as a whole.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately — no return required.
